EPDM Rubber

Once recycled, the rubber turns into a powder that can be made into any other rubber-based product. Before 2006, this EPDM-recycling option wasn't even possible.
Clay or Concrete Tiles
Although clay or concrete tiles can last for several decades, there comes a time when they must be replaced. It's a fact that these mineral-based products can be put into landfills without releasing any harmful chemicals. However, their volume is the main concern.
Turn to recycle options with these tiles. They can be crushed into tiny pieces for use in construction projects, sidewalks, garden gravel, and countless other applications. Your roofer can find a local recycling facility that handles these materials to make the process as seamless as possible.
